About Tom
Using a goal-driven approach that is grounded in his experience as a proven business leader, Tom Daley works with high potential executives, offering feedback and coaching that enhances their effectiveness.
Tom is a retired Deloitte Consulting partner who, since 2017, has also worked as an executive coach to hundreds of aspiring and established senior leaders.
With more than 40 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he brings a holistic understanding of business operations and management. His past responsibilities included plant engineering, manufacturing management, supply chain management, business transformation, client leadership, executive management, organisational excellence, and leadership development.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a minor in Business Management from Marquette University. He is APICS certified, completed Stanford University's Supply Chain Management Executive Program, and earned his leadership coaching certification from Rice University's Doerr Leadership Institute.
